Founded in the late 1970s, Dr. Genise’s Milan Accountancy Firm is now in its second generation and is managed and directed by Dr. Francesco Maria Genise, who, leveraging the studies and experiences of his father, has renewed and expanded the range of services originally offered to a national and international clientele.
Over the course of more than 40 years of activity, the Firm has been able to face and solve numerous professional problems in the interest of its clients and in accordance with ethical principles.
Currently, the Firm is at the center of a network of professionals (colleagues, lawyers, university professors and business consultants) capable of addressing and solving any professional problems in the economic and legal field.
However, since it has no connection with audit companies or international fiscal or legal networks in carrying out its assignments, it has the advantage of not incurring any limitations or restrictions currently imposed by CONSOB, the American Sarbanes-Oxley law or other foreign regulatory bodies.

Generally, a lump sum fee is defined that, unless there are significant changes, does not change. As the volume of activity and responsibility increases, so does the compensation.
